This learning brief builds upon Community of Practice (CoP) webinars held in January and April 2022, which exchanged views on how groups worked with city government and other organisations to influence policy and the delivery of services. This brief focuses on the practical aspects of building engagement at a city-level, how dialogue is maintained and how to track the impact of partnership working.
The learning brief is aimed at members of the CoP and other organisations working to address homelessness and insecure shelter.

Learning brief 4: Housing Rights: This learning brief builds upon the CoP webinars on housing rights and approaches to addressing homelessness held on 6 May 2021 and 9 September 2021. It also draws upon information from funded partner annual reports. The brief focuses on applying the principles of housing rights in practice, drawing from the experience of CoP members.

Learning brief 3: Co-production in Practice: This learning brief summarises learning from our CoP webinars on co-production held on 15 October 2020 and 21 January 2021. The brief offers practical tips to increase the involvement of service users and communities in designing and directing activity to reduce homelessness and insecure shelter.

Learning brief 2: Building Back Better: this second learning brief focuses on exploiting the disruption of Covid-19 and capturing the lessons and experiences of the pandemic to improve the design and delivery of policy and services. It draws from the CoP webinar held on 15 July 2020.
